Brigitte’s Blend is named for the mother of three of the Harney grandchildren and the wife of Mike Harney. It’s an elegant mixture of silvery Ceylon and golden Assam. Like Brigitte, this signature Harney & Sons blend is perfect in many situations. Kosher. At London’s Dorchester Hotel, this tea is called Dorchester Blend. The aromas are honey with some undernotes of cocoa and apricot and flavors being of cocoa notes blend with honey aromas from the Assam to create a special tea. Caffeinated. Full-bodied, as this is a blend of two teas with good body.
